Preschool Gymnastics

Our preschool gymnastics program is tailored to introduce young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics through age-appropriate, engaging, and supportive classes. The program is designed to foster physical, social, and emotional development in a fun and safe environment.

Class Descriptions


  • Parent & Tot (18 months to 3 years)
  • Parent Participation: In this class, parents actively participate alongside their toddlers. This involvement helps children feel secure and supported as they explore new movements and activities.
  • Activities: The class includes basic gymnastics activities such as rolling, jumping, balancing, and climbing. These exercises are designed to develop motor skills, coordination, and spatial awareness.
  • Benefits: This class not only enhances physical development but also strengthens the parent-child bond and encourages social interaction among peers.


  • Preschool Gymnastics (3-5 years)
  • Independent Participation: This class is designed for children to attend without their parents, fostering a sense of independence and confidence.
  • Structured Activities: Kids engage in structured gymnastics activities that introduce foundational skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, balance beam exercises, and basic bar work. These activities promote balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination.
  • Skill Development: The class focuses on developing physical abilities while also emphasizing listening skills, following instructions, and working cooperatively with classmates.
