We have 2 ways to join:

• Schedule a paid trial class (select trial when reserving your class, please indicate you are choosing a paid trial).  After you have taken your trial class just let us know if you would like to complete your registration, OR
• Select the class that fits your schedule and request active enrollment (please note in your request that you would like to fully enroll with our 100% refund guarantee) After your first class but before your second class, you decide that you would like to cancel your class we will offer a 100% refund of tuition and registration fee.

Note:  Classes are month to month and are offered year-round.  We will prorate your first month's tuition based on the number of classes remaining in the month.  An annual registration fee of $50 per child (up to 2 per family) is also due upon full registration.  We offer a military discount on our registration fee so be sure to mention it if you are a military family

Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing. Leotards are recommended for girls, but if you do not currently have a leotard you can wear bike shorts and a t-shirt (please make sure the t-shirt is snug to the body and will not slide to head/neck area in an upside down position), and boys can wear shorts and a t-shirt. No jewelry or baggy clothing, please.

Yes, there is an annual registration fee.

Annual registration fee is $50 with a maximum of 2 students per family, additional students will not require a registration fee.

We follow strict safety protocols, including proper equipment maintenance, trained coaching staff, and emergency procedures.

Because of our strict student-to-teacher ratio, we allow one makeup per month per weekly class, we do not prorate tuition.  (ex: 1 class per week = 1 makeup per month; 2 classes per week = 2 makeups, etc.) No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.

Should BHG need to cancel a class due to weather conditions or home meets and additional make up will be allocated.

In case of an injury, our staff will provide immediate first aid and notify parents or guardians. For serious injuries, we have procedures in place to contact emergency services promptly.

Yes, we have competitive teams for various age groups and skill levels. Tryouts are held annually, and participation is by invitation based on skill assessment.

Competitive team members are expected to attend multiple practice sessions per week and participate in competitions throughout the season. Commitment levels vary by team level.

Costs include additional training fees, competition entry fees, travel expenses, and team uniforms. Detailed information is provided during the tryout process.

We offer seasonal camps during summer and school holidays. These camps include gymnastics training, fun activities, and skill-building sessions.
